Can I apply with roommates?
Only family members can apply to live together.
Is everyone applying have to be CSUS student?
At least 1 person in household have to be attending CSUS carrying minimum of 6 units.
Do you accept guarantors or co-signers?
No, applicants have to qualify on their own, since our rents based on household income.
What if I don’t have Credit or Rental History?
Not having credit or rental history will not cause an automatic denial of your application.
What type of leases do you offer?
We are month to month.
Do you allow subleasing?
No, we do not allow subleasing. It is a very serious lease violation, since we are income based complex.
Do you accept pets or emotional support animals?
We have no pet policy, however if you have an emotional support animal you need to provide proper documentation to us.
Are your units furnished?
Our units are unfurnished.
Are there washer and dryer in the apartment?
No, but we have 3 laundry facilities on site.
Are there any utilities included with rent?
Only water, sewer and garbage are included with rent.
How many parking spaces do you get per unit?
You only get 1 assigned parking space per unit, but we have some extra spaces for residents on first come first serve basis.
Do you have security patrol at night?
Yes, we have dedicated security patrol from 7pm-7am every night of the week.
